KT/978 is ideally suited to environments where dimensional stability is critical.
Its excellent dimensional stability results from it’s low coefficient of thermal expansion.
It is recommended for use up to 130ºC.
Used in F1, aeronautical/rocket and marine sectors where toughened and high temperature materials are required.
Outperforms other boards available on the NZ market for stability at high temperatures and surface finish.

• Wet lay up, pre-preg, thermoforming tools.

Parting Film - High Temperature, conformable, self adhesive film
Fluoropolymer film coated with silicone pressure sensitive adhesive can be applied over complex surfaces.
Can be applied directly onto machined tooling board and 3D printed parts. Imparts a gloss finish to molding surfaces
Excellent elongation and release properties, good tear strength, high temperature resistance. Suitable for use with all prepreg systems.
